On July 1, 2020 Beirut’s Rafic Hariri international airport re-opened and Lebanon once again started accepting foreign travelers. Throughout the summer, flights coming into BEY airport were very restricted, only allowing around 10% of normal traffic flow, or just over 2000 passengers per day.
Grenada Will Reduce Quarantine Required for Fully Vaccinated Tourists Starting May 1
The Caribbean island of Grenada will reduce quarantine requirements for fully vaccinated travelers next month, becoming the latest destination to relax restrictions for inoculated tourists. Starting May 1, vaccinated travelers will only have to quarantine for 48 hours while waiting for their test results to come back from a PCR test administered
BRAZIL REOPENING BORDERS FOR TOURISM
Brazil has officially reopened its borders for international tourism, effective immediately, July 29, 2020. In a complete surprise move, Brazil’s government made the decision to lift the current travel ban that has been in place since March. The current ban was set to expire at midnight on July 29th at midnight, and most believed it would be extended due to the epidemiological situation.
