Vaccinated Tourists May Be Able to Travel to Italy by Mid-May, Italian Prime Minister Says
Italy is ready to welcome vaccinated tourists — and it's aiming to do so before the rest of the European Union. Following Tuesday's Group of 20 (G20) meeting of tourism ministers, Italian prime minister Mario Draghi announced that the country will be introducing a pass to allow in visitors who meet the criteria in a few weeks.
Grenada Will Reduce Quarantine Required for Fully Vaccinated Tourists Starting May 1
The Caribbean island of Grenada will reduce quarantine requirements for fully vaccinated travelers next month, becoming the latest destination to relax restrictions for inoculated tourists. One of the reasons Barbados has been so successful at reopening for tourism has been their strict entry requirements, which have allowed them to keep case numbers ultra-low while jump-starting their economy.
