Estonia officially reopened the border for tourism June 1, 2020, starting with select countries within the EU. As of July, Estonia has now reopened for additional third-party countries and has launched their digital nomad visa program. As of mid-2021, Estonia has started allowing unrestricted access to a list of third-party safe countries. Below we have compiled two lists of countries that are currently allowed to visit Estonia. Saint Lucia Launches Updated Travel Protocols

Saint Lucia’s government has revealed a change to one of its core arrival protocols for travelers, Caribbean Journal has learned. The island will soon require all incoming visitors to obtain a negative PCR test five days before arrival in the country. That is a slight tightening of an earlier policy that had required PCR tests within seven days before arrival. The new protocol will take effect on Feb. 10, tourism officials told Caribbean Journal.
