As COVID-19 vaccines become more prevalent, the Dominican Republic has announced updates to its travel entry requirements. Officials in the Dominican Republic revealed the Responsible Tourism Recovery Plan would no longer require travelers to provide a negative coronavirus test upon arrival. Instead, aleatory breath tests will be administered to between 3-15 percent of travelers arriving at airports or other ports of entry.

Bermuda, an island nation only a 2.5-hour flight from New York, is allowing tourists back to its beaches, however with some of the strictest testing rules we've seen. While Bermuda is often thought of when day-dreaming of vacationing in the Caribbean, it's actually located off the Carolina's in the Atlantic Ocean all by itself.

In April, the Argentinian government proposed to ban all commercial domestic and international flights through to September 1st as a result of the global health crisis. However, to the frustration of many, the country’s Minister of Transport, Mario Meoni, has now shut down the possibility of even domestic flights resuming on this date.
