The EU has published the list of countries that will be allowed to travel to the European Union for the purpose of tourism starting on July 1st, 2020, which officially includes Canada.

Andorra has officially reopened borders for international tourism, and as of July 29, is now allowing all nations to visit, but with different entry requirements based on residency. Andorra is a quaint micro-nation nestled into the Pyrenees mountains between France and Spain, with a population of just under 80,000, but somehow still manages to get almost 10 million visitors per year.
