St. Maarten is officially reopening for international tourism on July 1st, following the reopening of Princess Juliana Airport (SXM). In a recent government press statement, tourism minister Ludmila de Weever stated that the country is ready to receive travelers from Europe and North America as of July 1st.
Costa Rica Removes Negative COVID-19 PCR Test Requirement
Starting on Monday, Oct. 26 Costa Rica will no longer require incoming travelers submit a negative RT-PCR test. Bahamas Now Allows Vaccinated Travelers Skip Testing
Starting May 1, 2021 The Bahamas will make exceptions to allow fully vaccinated passengers to skip PCR testing and enter the country more easily. The Bahamian government is requiring vaccinated passengers to bring proof they’ve been inoculated and at least 2 weeks have passed since they’ve received their last shot. With proof of vaccination, no pre-flight PCR testing is required.
