EGYPT COVID-19 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: NEW UPDATES FOR TRAVELERS
Egypt has announced new COVID-19 entry requirements that all travelers will need to follow when entering the country. Due to a recent surge of infections, Egypt is adding new testing requirements to ensure the safety of its people and visitors to the country.
Seychelles To Officially Reopen For All Travelers
Seychelles’ Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Sylvestre Radegonde, announced on March 4, 2021 that the island destination will reopen to visitors from all countries except South Africa beginning March 25, 2021. The announcement follows a Tourism Task Force Committee meeting. Visitors will only be required to present a negative PCR test taken 72 hours prior to departure. Vaccination status is not required.
Anguilla Announces May Border Reopening Date
The Caribbean nation closed its borders on April 22 following identification of “a cluster of active COVID-19 cases.” Recent containment of the cluster, along with the island’s “progressive” vaccination program, will allow the country to reopen to travelers under previously announced protocols, officials said Thursday.
