The Caribbean island of Dominica will be reopening its borders for international tourism on August 7th. Denise Charles, the Minister for Tourism, International Transport and Maritime Initiatives, made the announcement on Wednesday morning.

Greece to Reopen to Vaccinated Travelers in May

Greece is looking beyond its current COVID-19 lockdowns and ahead to summer, when it plans to welcome fully vaccinated tourists and other foreign visitors with coronavirus antibodies or negative test results. The country hopes to officially roll out its welcome mat on May 14, Reuters reported. Costa Rica Removes Negative COVID-19 PCR Test Requirement

Starting on Monday, Oct. 26 Costa Rica will no longer require incoming travelers submit a negative RT-PCR test. The move comes as Costa Rica is preparing to open to all 50 U.S. states on November 1. “As of October 26, all local and foreign passengers who entered Costa Rica by air must not present a RT-CPCR diagnostic test with a negative result,” the Costa Rica Tourist Board said in


BRAZIL REOPENING BORDERS FOR TOURISM

Brazil has officially reopened its borders for international tourism, effective immediately, July 29, 2020. In a complete surprise move, Brazil’s government made the decision to lift the current travel ban that has been in place since March. The current ban was set to expire at midnight on July 29th at midnight, and most believed it would be extended due to the epidemiological situation.
