Whilst just a year ago millions of foreign tourists flocked to its shores to sample its stunning scenery and culinary delights, the pandemic has grinded tourism in the country to a halt, leaving businesses and travelers in the lurch. Here are the latest COVID-19 entry requirements you need to know if you’re planning a trip to South Korea.
KOSOVO HAS REOPENED FOR TOURISM
Kosovo is now open for tourism and has removed all Covid-related travel restrictions and entry requirements for incoming tourists. In fact, Kosovo reopened Pristina airport for international arrivals on June 28th, but we did not report on it right away for lack of official information.
Dominican Republic Updates Travel Entry Requirements
As COVID-19 vaccines become more prevalent, the Dominican Republic has announced updates to its travel entry requirements. Officials in the Dominican Republic revealed the Responsible Tourism Recovery Plan would no longer require travelers to provide a negative coronavirus test upon arrival. Instead, aleatory breath tests will be administered to between 3-15 percent of travelers arriving at airports or other ports of entry.
