COUNTRIES ALLOWED TO TRAVEL TO LUXEMBOURG
Luxembourg officially reopened for tourism on June 15, 2020. Luxembourg first reopened borders to Germany, Belgium and France, and then extended entry to all EU, EFTA and Schengen nations later in June. Starting July 1, Luxembourg also reopened for select third-party nations as suggest by the EU.

According to a government statement seen by Simple Flying, the country entered level three of its five-level scale, on June 1st. Level three allows for more sectors of the economy to resume services. One of the areas is its tourism industry.
Quarantine required: New Mexico travel restrictions in effect
The state of New Mexico is under a mandatory health advisory issued by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham to stop the spread of COVID-19. Anyone crossing a border into the state must follow the New Mexico public health travel restrictions until further notice.
