Here are the steps to publish blogs to a site.
- First, ensure you have the list of verticals and suppliers for the agency.
- Sign into https://gttcms.com and click on "Content" on the top menu select "Blogs".
- Once the page has loaded, click on "All Categories" and select a topic based on the verticals of the agency. For example, if the agency "TAT Demo" has cruises as one of the verticals, select "River or Ocean Cruises". After the page reloads, only blogs related to the category will be shown. Choose a few blog posts for that vertical and click on the icon in the "Publish" column. DO NOT MAKE ALL 7 BLOG POSTS RELATED TO ONE VERTICAL, GIVE AS MUCH VARIETY AS POSSIBLE.
- A page will appear with all the groups and independent agencies in the system. Scroll until you find your agency and click the checkbox beside it. After which, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Publish Items", you will be redirected to the home page of the cms and a message will appear at the top of the screen, informing you of how many agencies the blog post has been published to.
Here are the steps to publish products to a site.
- After publishing the blogs and being redirected to the home page, click on "Content" on the top menu and select "Products".
- There will be a drop down menu labelled "All sources", click on it and select the source that is on the list of suppliers from the agency.

Choose a few products for that supplier and click on the icon in the "Publish" column.

A page will appear with all the groups and independent agencies in the system. Scroll until you find your agency and click the checkbox beside it. After which, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Publish Items", you will be redirected to the home page of the cms and a message will appear at the top of the screen, informing you of how many agencies the product has been published to.
